Actrevist Daryl Hannah has a new website, dhlovelife.com. As promising as this may sound to web-savvy, human-interaction-feeble celebrity sleuths, this is not a site dedicated to Miss Hannah’s sexual escapades. Instead, it’s an ongoing series of short videos on living green. In one, Daryl shows off her biodiesel babemobile and demonstrates how tasty the corn-based fuel is. In another, she visits a natural products expo and asks to sniff Ed Begley Jr.’s all-organic cleaning spray. (Hey – it is, after all, “Begley’s Best.”)
Throughout, Daryl’s super-natural, unaffected enthusiasm is infectious. Daryl is well-informed and passionate about endangered wildlife, an interest that may have spawned from her film career – she has played an extremely rare breed of fish, an android being hunted to extinction, and a one-eyed California Mountain Snake.
